DESCRIPTION

R&M Micro Concrete is formulated as ready to use blend of dry powders, which requires only the site, addition of clean water to produce a free-flowing, non-shrink micro concrete. The material is combination of special type cement, selected aggregates with chemical additives, when mixed with water which imparts controlled expansion characteristics in the plastic state. It is a self compacting micro concrete and It improves physical and installation properties with reduces the possibility of shrinkage cracks.

R&M Micro Concrete is used for economical repairs to damaged reinforced concrete elements, particularly where access is restricted and where vibration of the placed material is difficult or impossible. It’s Suitable for various structural strengthening measures such as filling honeycombs, encasement build - ups, jacketing etc. It is designed for pour and pumping applications, the material is poured into shuttering to reform concrete profiles.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

R&M Micro Concrete is formulated for use at any consistency from fluid to damp - pack and
may be used with confidence for bedding, grouting and precision bearing operations such as :

Repair of damaged concrete elements like columns, ring beams, walls etc. Where access is restricted and compaction is not possible

For jacketing of RCC columns to increase load - packing capacity (strengthening of a vertical members)

Suitable for oil, gas and petro chemical Industries foundation and supports

Tunnels and bridge repairs

Cooling tower, chimneys and other Industrial environments.
